Event chairmen can use the Pre-Event form for planning purposed and we can post them on this page. Once the event has taken place, the chairman submits an Event Summary Form to be filed here.

The Summary of Events forms are posted from our council to help keep a record of how events were conducted and perhaps make future events easier to plan.
